AFI’s third Global Policy Forum (GPF), co-hosted by Mexico’s Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV), took place in Riviera Maya, Mexico in September 2011. More than 180 developing country policymakers and 90 financial inclusion stakeholders from 65 countries joined together to reflect back on challenges, define new milestones, and set their path for creating a more inclusive financial sector. |

AFI’s second Global Policy Forum (GPF), co-hosted by Bank Indonesia (BI), took place in Bali, Indonesia in September 2010. Building on the previous year’s momentum, the 2010 GPF brought together nearly 60 member institutions from 44 countries, as well as 35 strategic partners, for 3 days of focused discussion on innovative financial inclusion policy. |
