AFI is organizing the 2020 IGFWG Virtual Management meeting on 15 October 2020 at 11:00 UTC.

Towards concluding a work cycle and strengthening the commitment across the AFI network in sharing relevant knowledge on innovative inclusive green finance policies, the IGFWG will be presenting the finalized the different knowledge products that subgroups were developing during 2019-2020.

The AFI Management Unit is excited to see how fast this WG continues to grow which initially started with 20 members and has since then doubled to 44 members from 41 countries. In that respect, this meeting represents a great opportunity for members to get to know each other to help to create a conducive atmosphere to active participation and fruitful discussions for the sake of defining the following workstreams to be developed during the next period.

The overall objective is twofold: firstly, to present the finalized KPs and the 2020 IGF survey outcome; and secondly, after KPs are concluded, IGFWG members will decide which topics are of interest and conforming new subgroups to develop such products.

Elections of new Co-Chairs will be announced in this session as well.
