For financial inclusion to be truly transformative, policy needs to look beyond access and towards empowerment. This September, over 700 policymakers, regulators, and partners will gather for four days of policy dialogues, technical discussions, and collaboration—exploring how inclusive finance can drive empowerment and economic transformation in a changing world’.

Co-hosted by the Bank of Namibia, the 2025 GPF will take place in Swakopmund, a city known for its unique charm and natural beauty. An AFI member since 2009, the Bank of Namibia has been a key player in expanding financial access for millions of Namibians. The theme of this year’s GPF is ‘Empowering Society, Enabling Growth’. 

The 2025 GPF will be a unique space to shape policy, showcase innovation, strengthen peer learning, and spark cross-sector partnerships that fuel inclusive growth.
