The German Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) are co-hosting a high-level roundtable on 10 March 2020 to deliberate the interlinkages between financial inclusion and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

The event is bringing together ambassadors serving in Malaysia and other dignitaries to share their perspectives on advancing the SDGs through financial inclusion, culminating with a call for action to implement high-impact financial inclusion policies that advance these global goals.

The objectives of the high-level roundtable are to:

1. Highlight key financial inclusion policy accelerants that can advance the SDGs;
2. Call for action to implement high-impact financial inclusion policies that advance the SDGs; and
3. Foster collaboration for implementing financial inclusion initiatives that support advancing the SDGs.
