What are the objectives of the training?
Co-hosted by Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM), this member training is designed to support member institutions in understanding the landscape of inclusive green finance policies, providing skills to identify nationally relevant policies, and linking them with existing financial inclusion strategies.
The training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to:
- Understand various terminologies related to Inclusive Green Finance (IGF)
- Illustrate policies making up the 4P Framework of Inclusive Green Finance Policies and Regulations
- Gain knowledge on how to embed IGF policies into financial sector strategies
Who should attend?
The training is intended for technical officials who are either currently involved, have experience in, or likely to lead your institution’s commitment to designing and implementing inclusive green finance initiatives, particularly staff who are members of the AFI IGF working group or IGF sub-groups of the other working groups.
Participants attending this training are welcome to stay in Rabat for the Global Conference on Green Finance on 30 October 2019.
