This Joint Learning Program (JLP) is designed for participants to explore the key requirements for successfully implementing inclusive green finance (IGF) initiatives. The program offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from Papua New Guinea’s pioneering experience in developing a comprehensive green finance ecosystem.

Papua New Guinea is at the forefront of this work, underscored by the launch of its Green Finance Centre (GFC). The GFC is the dedicated entity responsible for implementing the national Inclusive and Green Finance Policy (IGFP) and driving future green finance initiatives that aim to transform its financial sector into one that is inclusive and climate-resilient.
