AFI, in collaboration with the Bank of Mozambique (BoM) is honored to have the Capacity Building and Stakeholders Engagement Workshops (Virtual) on FinTech Regulation and Supervision in Mozambique, 26 – 27 July 2021 at 10:00 (Maputo Time).

During the workshop, technical experts, and select members from AFI network will share their knowledge and experience respectively on Regulation and Supervision of FinTechs.

At the end of the workshop the participants will be able to:
• Understand the approach, definition, guiding principles, risks and other policy considerations related to the categorization and licensing of Fintech entities, proportionate regulation, balanced supervision, and oversight of such service providers in Mozambique.
• Learn from experiences of other financial regulators on fintech regulation, supervision, and oversight.
