The training will provide practical guidance on designing and implementing Inclusive Green Finance (IGF) policies and strategies, with a specific focus on enabling Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to transition to low-carbon and resilient business models. IGF policies play a critical role in supporting MSMEs as they adapt to the challenges and opportunities of a green economy.

The training will draw on AFI’s Knowledge Products, specifically the Roadmap for Inclusive Green Finance Implementation V.2 and Green Transition Measures for MSMEs, to deliver actionable insights. The training will also explore emerging areas such as carbon markets and the regulatory role in supporting climate-sensitive sectors like agriculture.
