The Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI), in cooperation with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, is pleased to announce the high-level conference “Developing and Developed Country Perspectives on Financial Inclusion: A Global Dialogue” will take place in Frankfurt, Germany on 28 June 2013.

Under this overarching topic, AFI will hold its first financial inclusion event in a developed country, convening policymakers and regulators as well financial sector stakeholders both from developed and developing countries.

The focus of discussions will be on topics which provide ample opportunity for mutual learning between policymakers and stakeholders from developed and developing economies on relevant financial issues. Three panel discussions will encompass the topics of i) financial inclusion in developed economies, ii) global standards and financial inclusion iii) policies for small and medium enterprise (SME) finance.
