The Digital Financial Services Working Group (DFSWG) Policy Conversation Series is a curated platform for thought leadership, peer learning, and evidence-based dialogue on the evolving frontiers of digital financial transformation. It is an innovation-driven platform designed to challenge convention and accelerate peer learning across the digital financial services (DFS) ecosystem. Convened by the leadership of the DFS Working Group and supported by AFI’s DFS Policy Team, the series creates space for open, informal, and thought-provoking dialogue between regulators, policymakers, industry leaders, and partners.
This first session for the year, titled “Masterclass on Strategies for Motivation and Successful Goal Attainment,” is designed to help participants translate intention into action, aligning personal motivation with institutional goals and subgroup priorities. The session also expands the DFSWG Policy Conversation Series to focus not only on what we do, but how we sustain the drive to do it well, consistently, collaboratively, and with purpose.
This masterclass is directly relevant to the working culture and leadership demands of the DFSWG. As members responsible for technical guidance, policy development (and knowledge generation), subgroup deliverables, peer reviews and regional collaboration, your goals are complex, evolving, and often shared across institutions.
