What is the Training About?

Banco Central do Brasil will share their experience in financial inclusion strategy. It will detail on the key components of products offered, partnerships that facilitate the implementation of the strategy, their strategies for consumer protection and financial education. A core component of this program is the development and experience of agency banking in Brazil.

Who Should Attend?

This training is recommended for member countries who are in the process of formulating their financial inclusion strategies or have initiated its implementation and are looking forward for inputs to assist them in making progress. It is highly relevant for countries with a special focus on DFS commitments.

Participants who would best benefit from the JLP are those from the senior and middle management who are closely involved in the implementation of the financial inclusion initiatives of the Central Bank and in drafting strategy documents on financial inclusion, and especially working on the DFS commitments of the bank.
