The Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) is honored to invite you to participate in the Working Group (WG) Global Convergence Meeting on 7 September 2021. To accommodate various time zones, the WG meeting will be held at two times:
- Time Zone A: 04:00 UTC
- Time Zone B: 14:00 UTC
The objective of the WG Global Convergence is to present the achievements and progress of work undertaken by the working groups in 2021, present to the Leaders of the Working Groups the 2022 planned activities, obtain reflections from members, and have focused technical discussions on emerging financial inclusion topics. To enable this, we have structured the following focused discussion forums for your participation:
Our meeting is held ahead of the 6th AFI Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on 8 September 2021. The opportunity is timely as it provides members of the seven working groups to take stock of its achievements, challenges and share their prospective plans for 2021, and any matters that needs to be brought to the attention of the AGM.
