It is with great sadness that we learn about the untimely loss of Deputy Governor Neav Chanthana of the National Bank of Cambodia who passed away on 1 August 2022. Deputy Governor Chanthana was a member of AFI’s Board of Directors. 

Deputy Governor Chanthana led a distinguished life and career with the National Bank of Cambodia, and contributed generously to the work and governance of AFI. AFI will remember her as a strong voice and champion in advancing the financial inclusion agenda, and in promoting gender diversity in the financial sector.
