We’re excited to announce the finalists for the 2025 AFI Inclusive FinTech Showcase!
Each year, the Showcase features innovative firms who are using cutting-edge technologies to empower underserved communities and enhance financial inclusion. Selected from a strong pool of applicants, here are the five 2025 finalists:
- Affinity Africa – Ghana
Expanding access to savings, loans, and financial literacy for rural and underserved communities through digital and agent-assisted banking.
- Be Noor – Malaysia
Supporting women and rural entrepreneurs with Shariah-aligned financing, capacity building, and access to sustainable markets.
- Shop Okoa – Kenya
Offering inclusive digital accounts, including group savings options, with features tailored for persons with disabilities.
- Saver Global – Australia
Delivering gamified financial education and cybersecurity awareness tools for underserved populations.
- Solè – Fiji
Enabling small retailers to access affordable credit, digital payments, and inventory management tools.
The finalists will deliver their pitches at the Global Policy Forum in Swakopmund, Namibia on 3 September, before the winners are chosen through a combination of judges’ evaluations and audience voting.
