Request for Expression of Interest – Firms : Côte d’Ivoire/Morocco/Zimbabwe – Digital Marketing Case Stories by Country

This is a Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) on behalf of AfDB towards the below scope.

The services included under this assignment are:

1. Country Story promotion (three per year). For each Story, devise and implement a paid promotion campaign to boost visibility through LinkedIn and facebook.
2. Animated Video promotion (one per year). Devise and implement and deliver a paid promotion campaign to boost visibility through LinkedIn and facebook.
3. Thought Leadership promotion: devise and implement a plan to achieve pan-African visibility with target audiences through paid promotions.
4. Live-Streamed event (one per year): devise and implement a plan to boost registrations through paid promotions.
5. Produce annual reports (one in July 2024, one in July 2025) documenting the results of the year’s promotions. 

AFI now invited eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations” October 2015 which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
