For policymakers, choosing the right format for financial education projects can be a challenge.

Classroom workshops are one of the most practical methods but doubts have been raised recently about how effective they are. A randomized control trial was conducted to assess the effectiveness of financial education classroom workshops in rural areas of Armenia, and the short-term results of that assessment are presented in this case study.
