A client needs-centred approach to financial inclusion measurement

Innovative financial inclusion data framework focused on customers financial needs: transfer of value, liquidity, resilience, and meeting goals.   

AFI's Financial Inclusion Data (FID) Working Group, in collaboration with Insight2Impact-Cenfri Finmark Trust, is sharing the main results of a pilot testing process on innovative financial inclusion data framework focused on customers financial needs: transfer of value, liquidity, resilience, and meeting goals.

The case study highlights the main findings from two years of piloting in different jurisdictions of FID working group member institutions, including Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria, the Philippines and Zimbabwe.
