Workshop Report: Knowledge Exchange Program on Digital Financial Services

Together with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Bank of Thailand (BOT), AFI conceptualized a “knowledge-exchange program” last November to learn and share experiences on the implementation of policy solutions that have been tested by experienced members in the network.

This knowledge-exchange program was organized with the aim of facilitating cross-learnings among member countries, including learnings from private sector participants (i.e. Visa, Dalberg, Ant Financial) and other regulators such as Central Bank of Cambodia. The workshop brought together 27 speakers and participants from member countries, all of whom had a high level of understanding of Digital Financial Services (DFS), MSME Finance, Consumer Protection and Digital Financial Literacy.
