Today, the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, together with the Alliance for Financial Inclusion, has the honor to open the 3rd High-Level Forum of the Regional Initiative of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. I am pleased to welcome representatives of central banks and international organizations with whom the National Bank has historically formed good productive relations. Getting access to basic financial services for the population is the first step towards sustainable development.
