What is AFI Engage?
Launched in 2024, AFI Engage is a one-year leadership and mentorship program designed to foster the next generation of financial inclusion leaders in the AFI network. The program combines technical knowledge development, leadership skills training, and strategic networking opportunities to empower aspiring policymakers to advance financial inclusion and sustainable development in their institutions and regions.

Eligibility Criteria
Age: under 38 years old (at application submission deadline)
Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience. Must be a full-time employee of a paying AFI member institution.
Language skills: English proficiency is required.
Other criteria: Participants should demonstrate leadership potential. Women policymakers are especially encouraged to apply.
